Proactive Lab AI provides AI-powered software solutions, including:

• Deskvibe AI Suite: An autonomous AI receptionist and business management platform.
• my ProActive Lab AI: A mobile application for personalized health analysis and nutritional recommendations based on clinical data.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proactive Lab AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Proactive Lab AI LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
